Old Palm Home Sells for $9 Million

Recycling mogul Anthony Lomangino sells his Palm Beach Gardens mansion for $9 million.

The founder of  Southern Waste Systems closed on his home at 12411 Hautree Court home on February 18, 2014 according to Palm Beach County records. This Palm Beach Gardens Estate Home was located in Old Palm Golf Club.  Lomangino purchased the one acre lot in Old Palm for $1.6 in 2006. He then built a mansion almost 15,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms.

Purchasers of this estate home were most likely cash buyers named Doug and Terry Chandler of Carlsbad, N.M.

Before launching Davie-based Southern Waste, Lomangino oversaw the formation and growth of New York-based Star Recycling, which was eventually sold to industry giant Waste Management.
